Customer Support CRM
With the support and dedication of more than 20 technical and engineering personnel, Prussiani Engineering has launched a Cloud-based CRM software to allow customers to send and receive service requests via the cloud and retrieve valuable technical references.
We have customer support CRM for all customers to log in and submit a support ticket.

The warranty can be from 3 to 5 years.
During the warranty period we charge for:
- Costs related to the replacement of defective parts and their shipment.
